Meet The Committee

Colin Lee has been involved in the club since he founded it back in 1981. He is our leader and formally the oldest Sunday League player in the UK.

For Lisa, Thorplands Club 81 is very much a family affair. Her husband and her son are both involved in the club as youth team managers, and Lisa brings her own incredibly valuable expertise to her roles at the club.

The Palmer Dynasty continues. Oliver leads the 'Tufty Club' a Saturday morning football session for 3-6 year olds. 

A local business owner, Gaynor generously sponsors the U13s team and has done now for a number of years. If you need a trim in Northampton there's only one place to go... G's Barbers at Billing Garden Village.

Paul followed the youth set up of the former Thorplands United during the merger of our two founder clubs. He has been involved in the youth game for a number of years and has worked very hard to get the club to where it is today.

Rob is a new addition to the club, taking over the U10s and joining the committee to give us a new perspective on how we can constantly improve.
